Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 06.01.2023 And, whereas no objections and suggestions have been received in this behalf by the State Government. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act No. 14 of 1990), the Government of Karnataka, hereby makes the following rules, namely:-R.N.I. Title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Karnataka State Reserve Police (Cadre and Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their final Publication in the official Gazette. 2. Amendment of schedule.- In the Karnataka State Reserve Police (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules, 2020, in the schedule in the entries relating to the category of post of “Special Police Inspector (Men) and “Special Police Inspector Women)” at serial No. 8 the following shall be substituted. 8.
