का.आ. 4726(अ).—राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेि 77 के खण्ड (3) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,
भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 का और संिोधन करने के जलए, जनम्न जलजखत जनयम बनाते ह,ैं अर्ायत:्-
1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) तीन सौ पैंसठवा ाँ संिोधन
जनयम, 2021 ह।ै
(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 म,ें जद्वतीय अनसु ूिी म,ें “वाजणज्य और उद्योग मंिालय”
िीर्यक के अधीन,-
(क) “क. वाजणज्य जवभाग” उपिीर्यक के अधीन प्रजवजि 33 का लोप दकया िाएगा;
(ख) “ख. उद्योग संवधयन और आंतररक व्यापार जवभाग” उपिीर्यक के अधीन, प्रजवजि 4ङ के पश्चात, जनम्न जलजखत
प्रजवजि अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी, अर्ायत ् :-
“4ि. संभार तंि सेक्टर का एकीकृत जवकास ।’’।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th November, 2021
S.O. 4726 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution,
the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of
Business) Rules, 1961, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three
Hundred and Sixty-Fifth Amendment Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND
SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (VANIJYA AUR
UDYOG MANTRALAYA)”, -
(a) under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE (VANIJYA VIBHAG)”, entry
33 shall be omitted;
(b) under the sub-heading “B. DEPARTMENT FOR PROMOTION OF INDUSTRY AND
INTERNAL TRADE (UDYOG SAMVARDHAN AUR ANTARIK VYAPAR VIBHAG)”,
after entry 4E, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:-
“4F. Integrated development of Logistics Sector.”.
