आदि� ज्याअर्थीी, यवातामााळ येर्थीील काौटेंं�दिबका न्यायालयाचा ेअदि�काारक्षेेत्रा, हु ेयवातामााळ नांगरपरिरषदासे हु उवागरिरता यवातामााळ ताालक्ु याच्या
वा यवातामााळ ताालुक्याला लागूनां असलेल्या जवाळच्या राळेगावा, काळ�ब, बाभाुळगावा आदि� नांेर या ताालुक्याच्या संपू�ग क्षेेत्रााच्या स्र्थीादिनांका
सीमाांपयंता आ�खी वााढदिवा�े इष्टें आहुे असे शाासनांास वााटेंताे ;
त्याअर्थीी, आताा, काौटेंं�दिबका न्यायालय अदि�दिनांयमा, १९८४ (१९८४ चाा ६६) याच्या कालमा ३ चाी पोटें-कालमाे (१) वा (२) यांद्वाारे
प्रदाानां काेलेल्या अदि�काारांचाा, आदि� याबाबताीता त्यास समार्थीग कार�ाऱ्या इतार सवाग अदि�काारांचाा वाापर कारूनां, माहुाराष्ट्र शाासनां, याद्वाारे माुंबई

उच्चा न्यायालयाशाी दिवाचाारदिवादिनांमाय कारूनां, यवातामााळ काौटेंं�दिबका न्यायालयाच्या अदि�काार क्षेत्राे ाच्या स्र्थीादिनांका मायागदाा, यवातामााळ नांगरपरिरषदासे हु
उवागरिरता यवातामााळ ताालक्ु याच्या वा यवातामााळ ताालक्ु याला लागूनां असलल्े या जवाळच्या राळेगावा, काळ�ब, बाभाळु गावा आदि� नांरे या ताालक्ु याच्या
संपू�ग क्षेत्राे ाच्या स्र्थीादिनांका क्षेत्राे ापयंता वााढदिवाता आहु ेवा दिवादिनांदिदागष्टें कारीता आहु,े आदि� त्या प्रयोजनांासाठीी याद्वाार ेउक्ता अदि�सूचानांेमाध्य ेपुढीलप्रमाा�े
सु�ार�ा कारीता आहुे :–
उक्ता अदि�सूचानांेमाध्ये “अ) या न्यायालयाच्या अदि�काारिरताेच्या स्र्थीादिनांका मायागदाा यवातामााळ नांगरपरिरषदा क्षेेत्रााच्या मायागदाेशाी समाकाक्षे
असताील.” या वााक्याऐवाजी खालील (अ) आदि� त्यानांंतार (ब) वा (का) या बाबं अंताभाूगता कारण्याता येता आहुे.
(अ) काौटेंं�दिबका न्यायालय अदि�दिनांयमा, १९८४ च्या कालमा ७(१) नांुसार, फौजदाारी दांड संदिहुताेच्या कालमा १२५ (आताा
भाारताीय नांागरी सरु क्षेा संदिहुताा, २०२३ चा ेकालमा १४४) अंतागगता बाबी वागळूनां, दिदावाा�ी बाबंसाठीी यवातामााळ काौटेंं�दिबका न्यायालयाच्या
अदि�काारिरताेच्या स्र्थीादिनांका मायागदाा यवातामााळ नांगरपरिरषदा क्षेेत्रााच्या मायागदाेशाी समाकाक्षे असताील ;
(ब) या न्यायालयाच्या अदि�काारिरताेच्या स्र्थीादिनांका मायागदाा यवातामााळ नांगरपरिरषदाेसहु यवातामााळ ताालुक्याच्या संपू�ग स्र्थीादिनांका
सीमाांतागगता क्षेेत्रााशाी समाकाक्षे असताील ;
(का) या न्यायालयाच्या अदि�काारिरताच्े या स्र्थीादिनांका मायागदाा यवातामााळ ताालक्ु याला लागूनां असलल्े या जवाळच्या राळेगावा, काळ�ब,
बाभाुळगावा आदि� नांेर या ताालुक्याच्या संपू�ग स्र्थीादिनांका सीमाांतागगता क्षेेत्रााशाी समाकाक्षे असताील.

NOTIFICATION

No.FMC-1125/C.R.130/Desk-IX.—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1)
and (2) of Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984), and in exercise of all powers conferred
in this behalf and in so far as they relate to the Court of Family Court, Yavatmal, the Government
of Maharashtra, in consultation with the High Court, Bombay, has established a Family Court at
Yavatmal by Government Notification, Law and Justice Department, No. FMC-1116/P.Kr.222/Ka.9,
dated the 24th September, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the “said Notification”) ;
Whereas, the local limits of the jurisdiction of the Family Court at Yavatmal are equivalent to
the limits of the area of Municipal Council, Yavatmal ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient further to extend the
jurisdiction of the Family Court at Yavatmal to the local limits the rest of Yavatmal Taluka including
the area of Municipal Council, Yavatmal and the entire area of the adjacent Talukas of Ralegaon,
Kalamb, Babhulgaon and Ner ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 3 of the
Family Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government
of Maharashtra, in consultation with the Bombay High Court, hereby extends and specifies the local
limits of the jurisdiction of Family Court, Yavatmal, to the entire local area of t he remaining Yavatmal
Taluka including the Municipal Council, Yavatmal and the adjoining Talukas of Ralegaon, Kalamb,
Babhulgaon and Ner, and for that purpose hereby amends the said notification as follows, namely :–
In the said notification, instead of the sentence “a) The area within the local limits of
the Municipal Council of Yavatmal, for the purpose of exercising the jurisdiction and powers
conferred by the said Act,”, the following entries (a) and thereafter (b) and (c) are hereby
inserted, namely :–4 महाारााष्ट्र शाासन रााजपत्र असाधााराण भााग चाारा-अ, ���नोव्हांबरा १३, २०२५/कार्ति�षक २२, शाके १९४७
(a) The area within the local limits of the Municipal Council of Yavatmal, for the purpose
of exercising the jurisdiction and powers conferred by the Family Courts Act, for Civil matters
as per Section 7(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, excluding matters under Section 125 of
Cr. P. C. (Now Section 144 of Bharatiya Nagari Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ;
(b) The area within the local limits of the entire Taluka of Yavatmal including the Municipal
Council, Yavatmal ;
(c) The local limits of the jurisdiction of this Court shall be coterminous with the entire
area within the local limits of the talukas of Ralegaon, Kalamb, Babhulgaon and Ner adjoining
Yavatmal taluka.
