Order
Maharashtra Protection of interest of DePositors (in financial establishMents) act, 1999.
No. MPID-0824/C.R.No.98(A)/Pol-15.—Whereas, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-
section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest
of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (Mah. XVI of 2000), the Government of
Maharashtra vide Government notification No. MPID-0824/C. R. No. 98/Pol-15, dated 20th January
2025, the Government of Maharashtra order attaches the monies and other properties in the name
of M/S. Bliss Consultants Trading Firm, Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as “ the said Financial
Establishments”) and appoint the Deputy Collector (Encroachment/Removal), Kurla, Mumbai to
be the Competent Authority, to exercise control over the monies and other properties attached.
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to attach the monies
and other properties in the name of the said financial institutions and the Chairman, Directors,
Managers, Promoters, Partners, Employees and Members of the said financial Establishment.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section
(1) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)
Act, 1999 (Mah. XVI of 2000), the Government of Maharashtra hereby amend the Government
notification, Home Department No. MPID-0824/C.R.No.98/Pol-15, dated the 20th January 2025.
In the Schedule appended notification, after para C, the following para shall be added,
