NOTIFICATION
Constitution of india.
No.VPM-2025/CR-210/PR-4(22) (E-1391073).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g)
of article 243 of the Constitution of India read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats
Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all
the pr evious notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the
Administrator, discharging the functions of the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Parbhani
and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha, Dagadwadi, in Gangakhed Tahasil of Parbhani District,
the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 10/11/2025, to be the date from which each of the
local area comprising group of revenue villages Dagadwadi and Shivajinagar Tanda in Gangakhed
Tahasil in Parbhani District specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the
distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Dagadwadi and Shivajinagar Tanda
respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
