No. 9(7)/L&B/LA/2016/7703.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub rule (1) of rule 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact, Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair’s Notification No. S.O.2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to assign the School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University Delhi , Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110006 which was identified as Social Impact Assessment Unit vide Notification No. F8(2)/9/2015/L&B/LA/2373 dated 13th June 2017 to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study and to prepare Social Impact Assessment report for acquisition of land which has already been utilized in road by Delhi Development Authority and intends to acquire the requisite parcel of land in village Bharthal of South West revenue district. The School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University Delhi, Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110006 shall carry out the Social Impact Assessment study as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
