No. 8(9)/2011/DAM/MR/954-968.—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (7) of section 118 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No.7 of 1999), the following bye-laws made and adopted by the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Najafgarh, Delhi and confirmed by the Director are hereby notified as under: “BYE-LAWS” In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (7) of section 118 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act 1998 (Delhi Act No.7 of 1999), the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Najafgarh hereby makes the following Bye-Laws further to amend the Najafgarh Marketing Committee, Bye-Laws, 2004 as follows, namely :- Short title and Commencement. - (i) These Bye-Laws may be called the Najafgarh Marketing Committee (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2023 (ii)They shall come into force at once. Amendment of Bye-Law No. 53. - In the Najafgarh Marketing Committee, Bye-Laws, 2004, in Bye-Law No. 53, rate of market service fee and incidental charges to be paid by the seller and buyer shall be as under:-[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3 S. No. Particulars of Market Charges Amount payable in Rs. Per bag (50kg) ‘A’ – Market service charge payable by the seller:- 1. Unloading (all commodities) Rs. 2.50 (Two Rupees fifty paisa) Note – These rates shall not enforce on those farmers who unload their commodity by themselves i.e. by their hand or any mechanism. 2. Jharai Rs. 2.75 (Two Rupees seventy five paisa) 3 (i) Tulai, Tulai and storage in godown (unsold commodities) Rs. 3.25 (Three Rupees twenty five paisa) 3 (ii) Unloading, Jharai, Tulai, stitching and storage in godown (unsold Rs. 8.50 (Eight Rupees fifty paisa) commodities) ‘B’ – Market service charge payable by the buyer:- 1.
