NOTIFICATION Delhi, the th September F. No. 13(2)(54)/ 2026/ CORD/ .— In pursuance of the provisions of Section 27 (2) of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act 1998 (Act 9 of 1998), the Board of Management of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in its 92nd meeting held on 03.08.2026 vide resolution to agenda item no. BM 92.20 approved the following amendments in the clause v of the existing Ordinance 4 related to ‘Appointment on Contract Basis or equivalent’ of the University:
