Vide Merchant shipping Notice No. 9 of 2020 [F.No.cR-28/Misc(39)/2020, dated 22.05.2020] this
Directorate has laid down the procedure for reporting the detairs of lndian seafarers awalting at
foreign Port/ship for their repatriation to lndia.
2 ln order to capture the details of the seafarers' once they arrive in lndia, facility has been provided
in the module where a seafarer or RPSL or lndian ship-owner can fill the details in respect of the
seafarer's repatriation and arrival in lndia.
3' The instructions for users are provided in Annexure-lannexed with this notice.
4' This issues with the approvalof Director Generalof shipping and Additional secretary to Gol.

Step 2: Go to EGOVERNANCE tab and click on'egovernance'
Step 3: Login with the user ld & password alreadY with the users for DGS website'
Step 4: Click on the link "stranded seafare/s details for repatriation"
Step 5: Click on "Update repatriation completion details"'
Step 6: Enter INDoS and click on "View details"'
Step 7: Click on "Update" below "arrival of lndia" menu
Step 8: Enter details in "Arrivalin lndia details " field and click on "Update arrival details"'
fu/Enter the details & click on submit for repatriation'
