NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT AGRICULTURE - FARMERS WELFARE DEPARTMENT DATE OF COMING INTO FORCE OF THE TAMIL NADU AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETING
(REGULATION) SECOND AMENDMENT ACT, 2020 (TAMIL NADU ACT 31 OF 2020). [G.O. Ms No.74, Agriculture - Farmers Welfare (AM3(1)), 25th March 2025, பங்குனி 11, குரோ�ோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. II(2)/AGFW/276(c-1)/2025.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Second Amendment Act, 2020 (Tamil Nadu Act 31 of 2020), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 25th day of March 2025, as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act except sections 6,7,8,9,10 and 15 shall come into force.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Second Amendment Act, 2023 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 2024), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 25th day of March 2025 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
