Delhi, the 20th April, 2023
F. No. 36 (2)/2023/H-III/3833.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 63 of the Delhi Fire Service
Act, 2007 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009) read with Rule 22 of the Delhi Fire Service Rules, 2010, the Lieutenant Governor of
the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following amendments in Sixth Schedule of the Delhi fire
Service Rules-2010, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, namely:-
In the said Schedule:-
(1) Under the heading, “Training charges to be paid at the time of admission” under sub-heading „Training charges‟
the following table shall be substituted:-

(2) Under the sub heading, „Revision of Training Charges‟, the following shall be substituted:-
The training charges shall be revised every three years at the rate of 30% or as may be determined by the
Government.
