का प्रयोग करते हुए, माननीय उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र ददल्ली सरकार, ददल्ली मजहला एव ं बाल संस्ट्थान (लाइसेंससग)
जनयम, 1960 में जनम्नानुसार संिोधन करते है, अथाात-्
1) (1) इन जनयमों को "ददल्ली मजहला और बाल संस्ट्थान (लाइसेंससग) [संिोधन] जनयम, 2022" कहा िायेगा।
(2) यह केंद्र िाजसत प्रदिे ददल्ली में इसके आजधकाठरक रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगा।
2) ददल्ली मजहला एव ं बाल संस्ट्थान (लाइसेंससग) जनयम, 1960 के जनयम 3 में जनम्नजलजखत को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा,
अथाात:् -
"लाइसेंससग अथॉठरटी-सजचव,मजहला एवं बाल जवकास जवभाग, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र ददल्ली सरकार इस अजधजनयम के
उद्देश्य के जलए लाइसेंससग अथॉठरटी होंगे।"

by Section 11 read with Sub section (c) of Section 2 of the Women„s and Children‟s Institutions (Licensing) Act,
1956, (No 105 of 1956), the Hon‟ble Lieutenant Governor of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is
pleased to make amendment in Delhi Women„s and Children‟s Institutions (Licensing) Rule, 1960 as following,
namely-
1. (1) These rules may be called “Delhi Women‟s and Children‟s Institutions (Licensing) [Amendment] Rules,
2022”.
(2) It shall come in force in the Union Territory of Delhi from the date of its publication in the official
Gazette.
2. In Delhi Women‟s and Children‟s Institutions (Licensing) Rules, 1960, in rule 3, the following shall be
substituted , namely:-
“Licensing Authority - The Secretary of Department of Women and Child Development, Government of
National Capital Territory of Delhi shall be the Licensing Authority for the purpose of this Act.”
