Party appearing in person — The Court may, in its discretion and after recording its brief reasons, disallow a party from appearing in person. Provided, in such event the Court will give sufficient time to the party-in-person to be represented by a lawyer of the party’s choice or where the party desires to be represented by an Amicus Curiae or legal aid counsel appointed by the Court.” NOTE: THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE GAZETTE.
