F. No. 103/Rules/DHC.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act,
1966 (Act 26 of 1966) read with Sections 122 and 129 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and all other powers
enabling it in this behalf, the High Court of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendment to Rule 1 of Part B of
Chapter 3 of the High Court Rules & Orders, Volume V:-
In the existing Schedule appended with Clause (xix) of Rule 1 of Part B of Chapter 3 of the High
Court Rules & Orders, Volume V, a new Serial No. 4A shall be inserted in between existing serial no. 4 & 5,
in the following manner:-
