(2) It shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette. 2) Amendment of Delhi Water Board Septage Management Regulation, 2018 as under: S.No. Reference As per existing DWBSMR’ 2018 Shall be substituted. 1. CHAPTER-III, 19 (a) The Licensee shall dispose of (a) No Change Septage only at the locations Disposal of Septage – notified by the Delhi Jal Board Terms & Conditions, from time to time. (b) The Licensee shall submit duly signed Septage 11 collection and disposal form prescribed at Annexure (b) The Licensee shall submit duly – 2 and amended Annexure – 3 (copy enclosed) of signed Septage collection and these Regulations duly filled-in to the official of disposal form prescribed at Delhi Jal Board deployed to receive the Septage at Annexure – 2 of these Regulations the notified locations. DJB shall make duly filled-in to the official of the arrangements for requisition of the return in Delhi Jal Board deployed to electronic form. receive the Septage at the notified locations. 2. CHAPTER – III No Clause exists 1 (a) Penalty for deposit of septage by unauthorized (unlicensed) entities shall be Rs. 50,000/- plus A new clause to be confiscation of vehicle. added at S. No. 14 (Page 32) (c) Penalty on a person who uses the services of unlicensed vendors/vehicles for discharging the septage shall be Rs. 10,000/- per violation. 2. An officer not lower than the rank of Naib Tehsildar in DM offices, JE in DJB/I&FC, Sub Inspector in Delhi Police and Sanitary Inspector in CD shall be competent to impose penalty. 3.
