New Delhi, the 27th March, 2024
No. 24/Rules/DHC.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966
(Act 26 of 1966) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the High Court of Delhi, hereby makes the following
amendments in Rule 2 sub-clause (c) and Rule 3 sub-clause (c) of Part C of Chapter 2 of Volume V of Delhi High
Court Rules & Orders:-
AMENDMENTS
“I. The following shall be substituted for the existing Rule 2 sub-clause (c) of Part C of Chapter 2 of
Volume V of Delhi High Court Rules & Orders :-
2(c) Copies of the pleadings or other documents, which were before the Judge from whose
judgment the appeal is preferred.
II. The following shall be substituted for the existing Rule 3 sub-clause (c) of Part C of Chapter 2 of
Volume V of Delhi High Court Rules & Orders :-
3(c) Copies of the pleadings or other documents, which were before the Judge from whose
judgment the appeal is preferred.”
NOTE: THESE AMENDMENTS SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF THEIR PUBLICATION
IN THE GAZETTE.
