S.O. 2808(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan

of publication of this notification as the date on which the provisions at serial number 44 of the Schedule to
the said Act, relating to the British India Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1981 (29 of 1981),
shall come into force.
