1. संजक्षप्त िीर्वक – इन जनयमों को दिल्ली िकु ानें एि ंप्रजतष्ठान (संिोधन) जनयम, 2025 कहा िा सकता ह।ै

2. जनयम 5 का संिोधन - “जनयम 5 का लोप दकया िाता ह।ै ” राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आिेिानुसार एि ंउनके नाम से, अिोक कुमार, सजचि 8282 DG/2025 (1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] LABOUR DEPARTMENT

NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 9th December, 2025 F. No. Lab.-L016/1/2025/4617-4623.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Delhi Shops & Establishments Act, 1954,the Lt. Governor is pleased to make, after previous publication the following rules further to amend the Delhi Shops & Establishments Rules, 1954, namely :- RULES

1. Short title -These rules may be called the Delhi Shops & Establishments (Amendment) Rules,2025.

2. Amendment of Rule 5- “ Rule 5 is omitted”.
