42417.— दिल्ली सड़क पररवहन कानून (संिोधन) अजधजनयम, 1971 के साथ परित सड़क पररवहन जनगम अजधजनयम, 1950 (1950 का 64) की धारा 19 की उपधारा (1) के खडं (घ) के साथ परित धारा 45 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, दिल्ली पररवहन जनगम, उपयुि सरकार की पूवव स्ट्वीकृजत से एतिद्वारा दिल्ली पररवहन जनगम (जनिःिुल्क तथा ररयायती पास) जवजनयमन, 1985, (सिं ोधन, 2019) में आगे संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जवजनयमन बनाता ह,ै अथावत्: - 7623 DG/2026 (1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

1. सजं क्षप्त िीर्कव एव ंप्रारंभ.-

(1) इन जवजनयमनों को दिल्ली पररवहन जनगम (जनिःिल्ु क तथा ररयायती पास) (संिोधन) जवजनयमन, 2026 कहा िाए।

(2) य ेआजधकाररक रािपत्र म ेंअपन ेप्रकािन की जतजथ स ेलाग ूहोंगे।

2. जवजनयमन 3 म ें सिं ोधन: दिल्ली पररवहन जनगम (जनिःिल्ु क तथा ररयायती पास) जवजनयमन, 1985 के (संिोधन,

2019) जवजनयमन 3 के खडं (vii) के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत खंड को अन्तिःस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथावत:् - "(viii) मजहलाओं के साथ-साथ दिल्ली जनवासी रासं िडें र समिु ाय को दिल्ली के समस्ट्त मागों पर डीटीसी और पररवहन जवभाग की सभी एसी और नॉन-एसी बसों म ें रासं िडें र व्यजि (अजधकारों का सरं क्षण) अजधजनयम, 2019 की धारा 5 और 6 या समय-समय पर यथा सिं ोजधत के अनसु रण म ें सबं जं धत जिला मजिस्ट्रेट स े िारी वधै पहचान प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्ट्ततु करके 'एकल यात्रा जनिःिल्ु क यात्रा पास िारी होन ेपर जनिःिल्ु क यात्रा करन ेकी अनमु जत होगी।" राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आिेि से तथा उनके नाम पर जव‍ वन्े र, जविेर् आयिु TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT

No. DTC-ADMN/2/2026-ADMN-DELHI TRANSPORT CORPORATION/ E-File: 386799/42417.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 45 read with clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), read with the Delhi Road Transport Laws

(Amendment) Act, 1971, the Delhi Transport Corporation, with the previous sanction of the appropriate Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Delhi Transport Corporation (Free and Concessional Passes) Regulations, 1985, (Amendment, 2019), namely:-

1. Short title and commencement:-

(1) These regulations may be called the Delhi Transport Corporation (Free and Concessional Passes)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment of Regulation 3:- In the Delhi Transport Corporation (Free and Concessional Passes) Regulations, 1985 (Amendment, 2019), in regulation 3, after clause (vii), the following clause shall be inserted,

namely:- “(viii) Transgender community, along with women to travel free on all routes of Delhi in all AC & Non-AC buses of DTC and Transport Department, for the residents of Delhi, by issuance of ‘Single Journey Free Travel Pass’ by producing valid certificate of identify from concerned District Magistrate in accordance with Sections 5 and 6 of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 or as amended time to time.” By Order and in The Name of Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, VISHWENDRA, Special Commissioner Uploaded by Dte. of Printing at Government of India Press, Ring Road, Mayapuri, New Delhi-110064 and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054.
