of Pregnancy (Amendment) Rules, published vide notification dated 10th June, 2024 published in the Gazette of India
by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of
Delhi hereby notify the following amendment in the Notification issued by Government, published in the Delhi
Gazette on 18th January, 2024.
Amendment:
In Form-II, in sub-clause (e) of Clause B:
For the words "mental retardation", the words "women with intellectual disability" shall be substituted.
This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
