F. No. 80/Rules/DHC.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966
(Act 26 of 1966) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the High Court of Delhi, hereby makes the following
amendment in Part B of Chapter 5 of the High Court Rules & Orders, Volume V:-
The following sub rule (vii) shall be inserted after the existing sub rule (vi) of Rule 2 of Part B of Chapter 5 of
Volume V of the High Court Rules & Orders:-
vii. Grant of Braille printed copies. Any person entitled to obtain a copy of a judicial record may apply
for an uncertified or certified copy printed in Braille.
NOTE: THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE
GAZETTE.
