S.O. 3622(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Mahatma
Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (42 of 2005), the Central Government being
satisfied that it is necessary and expedient so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments to
Schedule I of the said Act, namely:-
2. In the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005, in Schedule I, in paragraph
4, in sub-paragraph (1), in item I, in sub-item (v), after the word and figure “Paragraph 5”, the words “,
forest fire management works” shall be inserted.
