No. 236 भाग IV PART IV राष्ट्रीय रािधानी राज्य क्षत्रे दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI रािस्ट्व जवभाग (गरुु द्वारा चनु ाव जनििे ालय) अजधसचू ना दिल्ली, 30 जसतंबर, 2026 फा. स.ं 1/633/डीजीई/2026/3491.— गहृ मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 3 मई, 1973 अधिसूचना सं.एसओ.संo य-ू 11030/1/73(i)-यूटीएल तथा दिनांक 3 मई, 1973 एसओ.सं. य-ू 11030/1/73(ii)- यूटीएल के साथ पदित दिल्ली ससख गुरुद्वारा अधिननयम, 1971 (1971 का 82) की िारा 39 द्वारा प्रित शक्ततयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजिानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एति द्वारा दिल्ली ससख गुरुद्वारा प्रबिं न ससमनत (सिस्यों का सहयोजन) ननयमावली, 1974 (तत्पश्चात “मूल ननयम” के रूप में संिसभति ) में आगे संशोिन करने हेतु ननम्नसलखखत ननयम बनाते हैं, अथाित:-

1.संक्षिप्त शीर्कष एव ं प्रारंभ- (1) इन ननयमों को “दिल्ली ससख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंिन ससमनत (सिस्यों का सहयोजन) (संशोिन) ननयमावली, 2026” कहा जाएगा।

(2) ये दिल्ली राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की नतधथ से प्रभावी होंगे । 7576 DG/2026 (1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

2.नियम 3 का संशोधि-मूल ननयमों के ननयम 3 के, उप-ननयम(1) के खंड (i) में "चार अकाल तख्त सादहब" शब्िों के स्थान पर "पांच अकाल तख्त सादहब" शब्िों को प्रनतस्थापपत ककया जाए।

3. नियम 5 का संशोधि- मूल ननयमों में-

(1) ननयम 5 के, उप-ननयम(1) के खंड (i) में "चार अकाल तख्त सादहब" शब्िों के स्थान पर "पांच अकाल तख्त सादहब" शब्िों को प्रनतस्थापपत ककया जाए।

(2) उप-ननयम(2) में, "चार अकाल तख्त सादहब" शब्िों के स्थान पर "पांच अकाल तख्त सादहब" शब्िों को प्रनतस्थापपत ककया जाए। राष्ट्रीय राजिानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, के आिेश से तथा उनके नाम पर पांडुरंग के. पोल, सधचव REVENUE DEPARTMENT (Directorate of Gurdwara Elections)

NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 30th September, 2026 F. No. 1/633/DGE/2026/3491.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 ( 82 of 1971) read with the Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification S.O.No.U-11030/1/73 (i)- UTL dated 3rd May, 1973 and S.O. No. U-11030/1/73 (ii)- UTL dated 3rd May, 1973, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Co-Option of Members) Rules, 1974, (hereinafter referred to as principal rules) namely:-

1. Short title and commencement- (1): These rules may be called the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Co-Option of Members) (Amendment) Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.

2. Amendment of rule 3- In the principal rules, in rule 3, in sub-rule 1 in clause (i) for the words “four Akal Takhat Sahib" the words “five Akal Takhat Sahib" shall be substituted.

3. Amendment of rule 5- In the principal rules,

(1) In rule 5, in sub-rule (1), in clause (i), for the words “four Akal Takhat Sahib" the words “five Akal Takhat Sahib" shall be substituted.

(2) In sub-rule (2), for the words “four Akal Takhat Sahib" the words “five Akal Takhat Sahib" shall be substituted.
