S.O. 4463(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the
Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel number S.O. 1746 (E), dated the 9th May,
2019, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 16th May, 2019,
namely:-
In the said notification, in the table, against serial number 2, for the entries under columns (2), the
following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
