1. (1) जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम नोटरी (दसू रा संिोधन) जनयम, 2021 ह।ै
(2) य ेउनके राजपत्र म ेंप्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।
2. नोटरी जनयम, 1956 की अनुसूची म,ें उत्तर प्रदेि से सबं ंजधत क्रम सं. 13 के सामन–े
(i) स्ट्तंभ (2) म,ें ‘2650’ अंकों के स्ट्थान पर, ‘5150’ अंक रखे जाएंगे।
(ii) स्ट्तंभ (3) म,ें ‘2625’ अंकों के स्ट्थान पर, ‘5125’ अंक रखे जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th October, 2021
G.S.R. 746(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Notaries Act,
1952 (53 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the
Notaries Rules, 1956, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Notaries (Second Amendment) Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Notaries Rules, 1956, against serial number 13 relating to Uttar
Pradesh,-
(i) in column (2), for the figures “2650”, the figures “5150” shall be substituted ;
(ii) in column (3), for the figures “2625”, the figures “5125” shall be substituted.
