and in pursuance of the provisions of Section 26 of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act, 1998 (9 of
1998), the Hon’ble Chancellor, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University approved the following amendments in
the clause (vii) of the Statute 29 i.e. “Composition of the Court” after recommendations of the Board of Management
in its 82nd meeting held on 23.02.2024 vide Agenda item No. 82.11:
