(i) उि अजधसूचना म,ें परै ा 1 म,ें पेररस समझौते के कार्ाान्वर्न (एआईपीए) के जलए सवोच्च सजमजत की संरचना स े संबंजधत, क्रमांक '16' के पश्चात,् जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजिर्ााँ अतं ःस्ट्थाजपत की िाएगाँ ी, अथाात:् —

17. संर्ुि सजचव, सड़क, पररवहन और रािमाग ामंत्रालर् सिस्ट्र्;

18. संर्ुि सजचव, कोर्ला मंत्रालर् सिस्ट्र्;

19. संर्ुि सजचव, पेरोजलर्म और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालर् सिस्ट्र्;

(ii) इसके पश्चात्, जवद्यमान क्र. संख्र्ा '17' को पुनः संख्र्ांदकत करके '21' कर दिर्ा िाएगा, अथाता ्:—

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th October, 2026 S.O. 5633(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment

(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification S.O. 4259 # (E), dated the 27th November, 2020, namely:—

(i) In the said notification, in paragraph 1, relating to the composition of the Apex Committee for Implementation of Paris Agreement (AIPA), after serial number ‘16’, the following entries shall be inserted, namely: —

17. Joint Secretary, Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways Member

18. Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal Member

19. Joint Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas Member

20. Joint Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce Member and Industry and

(ii) Thereafter, the existing serial number ‘17’ shall be renumbered as ‘21’, namely: —
