L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-12042023-245118 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-12042023-245118 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 225] नई दिल्ली, बुधवार, अप्रलै 12, 2023/चत्रै 22, 1945 No. 225] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12, 2023/CHAITRA 22, 1945 सक्ष्ू म, लघ ुऔर मध्मय उद्यम मत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 11 अप्रैल, 2023 सा.का.जन. 286(अ).—खािी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 61) की धारा 26 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा खािी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग जनयम, 2006 में संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै नामत:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.-(1) इन जनयमों को खािी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 कहा िाएगा। (2) ये जनयम सरकारी रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख से लाग ूहोंगे। 2. खािी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग जनयम, 2006 में जनयम 5 के उप-जनयम (2) के बाि, जनम्नजलजखत उप-जनयम अंतर्विष्ट दकया िाएगा, नामत:- "(3) (क) यदि अध्यि की मृत्यु हो िाती ह ैया वह इस्ट्तीफा िे िेता ह ैया उसे कायािलय से हटा दिया िाता ह ैया दकसी अन्य कारण से अपने कायािलय के कतिव्यों का जनविहन करने में असमर्ि होता है, अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (3) के तहत सरकार द्वारा अध्यि जनयुि दकए िाने तक, सरकार, धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2) के खडं (क) के तहत जनयुि सिस्ट्यों म ेंसे एक सिस्ट् य को अध्यि मनोनीत कर सकती ह।ै 2403 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (ख) यदि अध्यि अनुपजस्ट्र्जत, बीमारी या दकसी अन्य कारण से अपने कायों का जनविहन करने में असमर् िरहता ह,ै जनयजमत अध्यि द्वारा अपन ेकतिव्यों को दफर से संभालने तक, सरकार, धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (क) के तहत जनयुि सिस्ट्यों म ेंसे एक सिस्ट् य को अध्यि मनोनीत कर सकती ह।ै'' [फा. सं. क-54/10/2023-केवीआई-(2)] जवपुल गोयल, संयक्ु त सजचव टटप्पणी : मलू जनयम संख् या सा.का.जन. संख्या 4 3 (अ), दिनांक 17 अगस्ट्त 2006 द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा तर्ा तिनन्त र अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 72 (अ), दिनांक 30 नवम्बर, 2006 और सा.का.जन. 191, दिनांक 12 जसतम्बर, 2007 द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया र्ा। MINISTRY OF MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th April, 2023 G.S.R. 286(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006, after sub-rule (2) of rule 5, the following sub- rule shall be inserted, namely: - “(3) (a) If the Chairman dies or resigns or is removed from office or for any other reason unable to perform the duties of his office, the Government may designate one of the members appointed under clause (a) of sub- section (2) of section 4 to be the Chairman until a Chairman is appointed by the Government under sub- section (3) of section 4 of the Act; (b) If the Chairman is unable to discharge his functions owing to absence, illness or any other reason, the Government may designate one of the members appointed under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 4 to be the Chairman until the regular Chairman resumes his duties.” [F.
