NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st October, 2026 S.O. 5720(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38A read with sub-section (1) of section 38B of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change vide S.O. 4057(E) dated the 13th September, 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), namely:-

2. In the said notification,-

(a) for serial numbers 1 to 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:- ‘‘
