का.आ. 3216(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, आप्रवास और जवदेजियों जवषयक अजधजनयम, 2025 (2025 का 13) की
धारा 3 और धारा 11 के साथ पठित धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, आप्रवास और जवदेजियों जवषयक
आदेि, 2025 का संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथाात:् —
1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम आप्रवास और जवदेजियों जवषयक (संिोधन) आदिे , 2026 ह ै।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की ददनांक को प्रवृत्त होगा।

2. आप्रवास और जवदेजियों जवषयक आदेि, 2025 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उि आदिे कहा गया ह)ै , के परै ा 2 के
उपपैरा (1) के खंड (क) के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत खडं अंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाात्:—
‘(कक) “भारत का काडधा ारक जवदेिी नागठरक” से नागठरकता अजधजनयम, 1955 (1955 का 57) की धारा 2 की
उपधारा (1) के खंड (ङङ) में यथा पठरभाजषत भारत का काडधा ारक जवदेिी नागठरक अजभप्रते ह।ै ’
3. उि आदेि के परै ा 14 के उपपैरा (2) में, “आवश्यक अनज्ञु ापत्र प्राप्त करन े के पश्चात्” िब्दों के बाद “अथवा अनज्ञु ापत्र के
जबना, यथाजस्ट्थजत,” िब्द रख ेिाएंगे।
4. उि आदेि की तीसरी अनसु चू ी में, पठरजिष्ट म,ें “रािस्ट्थान” िीषा के अधीन जवद्यमान प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत

New Delhi, the 18th June, 2026
S.O. 3216(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 read with sections 3 and 11 of the Immigration
and Foreigners Act, 2025 (13 of 2025), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the
Immigration and Foreigners Order, 2025, namely: —
1. Short title and commencement. — (1) This Order may be called the Immigration and Foreigners (Amendment)
Order, 2026.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Immigration and Foreigners Order, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), in paragraph 2,
sub-paragraph (1), after clause (a), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: -
‘(aa) “Overseas Citizen of India Cardholder” means the Overseas Citizen of India Cardholder as defined in
clause (ee) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Citizenship Act,1955 (57 of 1955)’.
3. In the said Order, in paragraph 14, in sub-paragraph (2), after the words “after obtaining necessary permit”, the
words “or without permit, as the case may be,” shall be inserted.
4. In the said Order, in the Third Schedule, in the Appendix, for the entries under the heading “RAJASTHAN”, the
following entries shall be substituted, namely: -—
