Ms. No. 475, Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments (RE.2.2), 28th November 2025, காார்த்திகைகா 12, விசுவாாவாசு, திருவாள்ளுவார் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. SRO B-61/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India read with Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 (Tamil Nadu Act 22 of 1959), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (Administration) Service (Section 18 in Volume II of the Tamil Nadu Service Manual 2016). Amendment In the said Special Rules, in rule 5, in sub-rule (a) for the expression “five months” the expression “ six months” shall be substituted. K.
