NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 10th April, 2026 F. No. F. 13(2)(52)/2026/CORD/89.— In partial amendment to the Ordinance 12 – ‘Governing Programmes leading to the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)’ notified vide Notification No. F.No.GGSIPU/Coord/79th BOM/Ord.12(Revised)/2023-24/434 dated 09.01.2025 and in pursuance of the provisions of Section 27 (2) of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act 1998 (Act 9 of 1998), the Board of Management of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in its 90th meeting held on 03.03.2026 vide agenda item no. 90.37 approved amendments in the clause 3.1 and 5.2 of notified Ordinance 12 as under:
