S.O. 2994(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Architects Act,
1972 (20 of 1972), the Central Government, after consultation with the Council, hereby makes the following
amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Education and
Social Welfare, number G.S.R. 68(E), dated the 21st February, 1973, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 21st February, 1973, namely:—
In the said notification, under the heading “SWITZERLAND”, the serial number 5 shall be renumbered as “5(1)” thereof
and after serial number 5(1) as so renumbered, the following entry shall be inserted, namely;-
“(2) Doctor of Sciences in Architecture awarded by Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich, Switzerland.”.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
