जनयम, 2018" म ेंजनम्नजलजित संिोधन करता ि:ै-

ददल्ली उच् च न्यायालय (ओररजिनल साइड) जनयम, 2018 के अध्याय IV म ें जिद्यमान जनयम 10 के
स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजित प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा :-
“10. अन्तितव ी आिदे नों की फाइल (िाद अजभलिे का भाग II) - (i) अन्तिवती आिेदनों की फाइल
जनम्नजलजित िम म ें रिी िाएगी-

(क) अनुिमजणका; तथा
(ि) सभी अन्तिवती आिेदन(नों), उनके तत्संबंधी उत्तर(रों) एिं उनके तत्संबंधी प्रत्युत्तर(रों)।
(ग) दकसी अन्तिवती आिेदन / आिेदन के उत्तर या उसके प्रत्युत्तर के समथवन म ेंदस्ट्तािेि(िों)।
(घ) संिोजधत अन्तिवती आिेदन / उत्तर / प्रत्युत्तर के मामल े म ें जनयम 9, यथाियक पररितवन
सजित अन्तिवती आिेदन / उत्तर / प्रत्युत्तर पर लाग ू िोगा।
(ii) दकसी भी अंतिवती आिेदन के समथवन म ें जिन दस्ट्तािेि(िों) पर भरोसा िताया ि,ै उन्ि ें अंतिवती आिेदन के साथ एक
पृथक अनुिमजणका के साथ दायर दकया िाएगा तथा अंतिवती आिेदनों की फाइल म ें रिा िाएगा। िालांदक, न्यायालय
उि दस्ट्तािेिों को दस्ट्तािेि फाइल अथिा िाद अजभलेि के भाग III म ेंरिने का जनदेि दे सकता ि।ै ”

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 27th September, 2025
No. 79/Rules/DHC.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 129 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
1908 and Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 (Act 26 of 1966) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf,
the High Court of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendment in the “Delhi High Court (Original Side)
Rules, 2018” :-
AMENDMENT
THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE SUBSTITUTED FOR THE EXISTING RULE 10 OF CHAPTER
IV OF DELHI HIGH COURT (ORIGINAL SIDE) RULES, 2018 :-
“10. Interlocutory applications’ file (Part II of the suit record.)-(i) The Interlocutory
applications’ file shall be kept in the following order—
(a) index; and
(b) all interlocutory application(s), their respective reply(s) and their respective
rejoinder(s).
(c) documents in support of any interlocutory application/reply to the application or
rejoinder thereto.
(d) Rule 9 shall in case of amended interlocutory application/ reply/ rejoinder apply
mutatis mutandis to interlocutory application/ reply/ rejoinder.
(ii) Any document(s) relied upon, in support of any interlocutory application, shall be filed
with a separate index along with the interlocutory application and will be placed in the
Interlocutory applications’ file. The Court may, however, direct the said documents to be
kept in the documents file or Part III of the suit record.”
NOTE: THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION
IN THE GAZETTE.
