No. 112/H&FW/2020/Council/DMC/Pt.file/250-256.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section 3(b) of section 3 and sub section (1) of section 4 of the Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997 (Delhi Act 5 of 1997) read with section 45 D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2023, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the amendments in notification of this Government issued vide Notification No. F.112/H&FW/2020/Council/DMC/2092-98 dated the 08th October, 2020, namely:- Amendment:- In the said notification, in the entry at serial no. 13 in column 2, for 'Dr. Saudan Singh-North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC)', ' Dr. Vinay Kumar Tiwari, Dean, North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College' shall be substituted. Subject to provisions of the aforesaid Act, the term of office of the above member shall be for the remaining period from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.
