S.O. 4461(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the
Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments
in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O. 3220 (E) dated the
19th November, 2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),
dated the 1st December, 2015, namely:-
In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 4, for the entry under column (2), the
following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“Dr. Pankaj Sharma,
CMO (Medical and Health Services),
Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel City,
