New Delhi, the 22nd October, 2021
S.O. 4462(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the
Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments
in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Steel number S.O. 1149(E), dated the 21st April,
2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the
25th April, 2014, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 1 for the entries under column (2)
relating to name, designation and address of officer, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“Shri S.R. Suryawanshi,
Executive Director (Works),
Rourkela Steel Plant,
Rourkela – 769011”.
