Ms. No. 137, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare (FS4-2), 6th November 2023, ஐப்பசி 20, ச�ோ்பகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2054.] No. SRO A-38/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 26 of the Tamil Nadu Marine Fishing Regulation Act, 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act 8 of 1983), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Marine Fishing Regulation Rules, 2020:- Amendments In the said Rules,-

(i) in rule 8, for sub-rule (11), the following sub-rule, shall be substituted, namely:- 11 (a) A licence granted under sub-section (3) of Section 7, whether before or after the Commencement of the Tamil Nadu Marine Fishing Regulation (Amendment) Act, 2016 shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of issue of such licence.

(b) The licence shall be renewed before the expiry of such licence.

(c) In case the owner of registered fishing vessel fails to renew the licence before the expiry of such licence under clause (b), he shall be liable to pay 50% of the applicable fees for renewal of fishing licence as specified in the Schedule - V as penalty for the first thirty days from the date of such expiry and to pay Rs.5/- (Rupees Five) per day for country craft and motorized country craft, Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) per day for mechanized or deep sea fishing vessel from the 31st day till the renewal of licence.

(d) The licence which shall not be renewed within a Period of ninety days from the date of expiry, shall deemed to be cancelled."

(i) விதி-8-ல, துலை விதி (11)-க்கு ்பதிைநாக, பின்வரும் துலை விதி அலைததுக்ககநாள்ளப்பட வவண்டும். அலவயநாவன:- 11 (a) 2016-ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்ோடு கடல�ோர் மீன்பிடிததலை ஒழுங்குமுலைப்படுததும் (திருததம்) �டடம் ச�யலுக்கு வருவதற்கு முன்்னர் அலைது ச�யலுக்கு வநத பின்்னர் பிரிவு-7-ஆம் பிரிலவச் ச�ர்நத உடபிரிவு (3)-இன் கீழ வழங்கப்படட உரிமம் ஒன்று, அது வழங்கப்படட ்ோளிலிருநது மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ச�லதிைன்மிக்கதோக இருக்கும்.

(b) அததலகய உரிமததின் ச�லதிைன் கோைம் முடிவலடவதற்கு முன்்னர் அநத உரிமம் புதுபபிக்கப்பட சவண்டும்.

(c) ்பகுதி (பி)-இன் கீழ அததலகய உரிமம் ச�லதிைன் கோைம் முடிவலடவதற்கு முன்்னர் ்பதிவு ச்பற்ை மீன்பிடிகைனின் உரிலமயோளர் புதுபபிக்கத தவறும் ச்ர்வில, முதல முப்பது வலையிைோ்ன ்ோடகளுக்கு தண்டதசதோலகயோக விவை அடடவலை-V-இல குறிபபிடப்படடவோைோக மீன்பிடி உரிமதலத புதுபபிப்பதற்கோ்ன ச்போருநதததக்க கடடைங்களில 50 விழுக்கோடும், அதனுடன், 31-ஆம் ்ோளிலிருநது உரிமதலத புதுபபிக்கும் ்ோள் வலை ்ோடடுப்படகு மற்றும் இயநதிைம் ச்போருததிய ்ோடடுப்படகுகளுக்கு ்ோசளோன்றுக்கு ரூ.5 (ரூ்போய் ஐநது) வீதமும், மீன்பிடி வில�ப்படகு மற்றும் ஆழகடல மீன்பிடி ்படகிற்கு ்ோசளோன்றுக்கு ரூ.10 (ரூ்போய் ்பதது) வீதமும் ச�லுததுவதற்கும் உட்படடவைோவோர்.

(d) ச�லதிைன் கோைம் முடிவலடநத ்ோளிலிருநது சதோண்ணூறு ்ோடகளுக்குள் புதுபபிக்கப்படோத உரிமம் இைதது ச�ய்யப்படடதோகக் கருதப்படும்.

(2) பிற்ச�ர்க்லகயில, விவை அடடவலை-V-க்கு ்பதிைோக பின்வரும் விவை அடடவலை அலமததுக்சகோள்ளப்பட சவண்டும், அதோவது:- அட்டவணை-5 மீன்பிடி உரிமததிற்கும், மீன்பிடி உரிமம் புதுபபிததலுக்கு ச�லுதத சவண்டிய கடடைம் (விதி 8-இன் துலை விதி(1)ஐக் கோண்க) மீன்பிடி உரிமதலத மீன்பிடி உரிம கடடைம் வ.எண் மீன்பிடி கைனின் வலக புதுபபிததலுக்கோ்ன கடடைம் (ரூ்போயில) (ரூ்போயில)
