(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारत सरकार (कायय-आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 म,ें जद्वतीय अनुसूिी में, “भारी उद्योग मंिालय” िीर्यक के
अधीन, प्रजवजि 44 के पश्चात, जनम्न जलजखत प्रजवजि अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी, अर्ायत् :-
“45. इलेजररक यानों के जवजनमायण, जवक्रय और अंगीकरण हते ु समन्वय ।’’।

New Delhi, the 23rd November, 2023
S.O. 5042(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules,
1961, namely: -
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (Three Hundred and
Seventy-fourth Amendment) Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the
heading “MINISTRY OF HEAVY INDUSTRIES (BHARI UDYOG MANTRALAYA)”, after entry 44, the following
entry shall be inserted, namely:-
“45. Coordination for manufacture, sale and adoption of electric vehicles.”.
