In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (SWASTHYA AUR PARIVAR KALYAN MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “C. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH RESEARCH (SWASTHYA ANUSANDHAN VIBHAG)”, after existing entry 10, the following entry shall be inserted, namely: - “11. Matters related to Health Technology Assessment.”.
