Building Bengaluru, Dated: 24-10-2024 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred to selection committee with regards to the selection of Special Public Prosecutor for the purpose of conducting civil cases booked under KPIDFE Act 2004 and BUDS Act 2019 in the special court/ Designated court. The said selection Committee meeting was held on 23-10-2024, after analysing the service rendered by Shri K Rudraswamy, Advocate, Retired Director of Prosecution and Special Public Prosecutor for representing Civil Proceedings before the Special Court for KPID and BUDS Act cases. Due to administrative reasons committee decided to discontinue the service of Shri K Rudraswamy, while thanking him for the service rendered. With the concurrence and recommendation of the said Committee Members, Government of Karnataka hereby appoint Shri Satish V, Advocate, for the post of Special Public Prosecutor for representing Civil Proceedings before the Special Court for KPID and BUDS Act cases.
