ORDER Mumbai, the 30th April, 2026 S.O. 5005(E).— In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 9, clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12 and sub-rule (1) of rule 24 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby makes the following further amendments in the Order of the Government of India, Department of Atomic Energy number S.O.1317(E), dated the 16th May, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii), dated the 22nd May, 2013, namely:- In the said Order, under the heading “Part-II - GENERAL CENTRAL SERVICE, GROUP ‘C’ ”, for serial number 14 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: -- 1 2 3 4 5 6 “14 Posts in the Administrative Officer- Director (Personnel and All Director, Directorate of III, Directorate of Administration) or Directorate of Construction, Construction, Services Chief Administrative Construction, Services and Estate and Estate Management Officer, Directorate of Services and Estate Management Construction, Services Management” and Estate Management [F. No. VIG-30/1/2026-DAE] NIDHI PANDEY, Addl. Secy.
