Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi is pleased to appoint/promote the following officers:- (1) For the appointment of the following 4 officers of Delhi Judicial Service for their regular promotion to Delhi Higher Judicial Service against 4 regular vacancies to be filled under 65% promotion quota under Rule 7(1) (a) of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 w.e.f. the date they assume charge of the office and to place them on probation in the Delhi Higher Judicial Service as per the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970:- 1. Mr. Sushil Kumar 2. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Rampuri 3. Ms. Ankita Lal 4. Ms. Shreya Arora Mehta (2) For the appointment/promotion on ad hoc basis of the following 4 officers of Delhi Judicial Service to Delhi Higher Judicial Service against 4 resultant vacancies in Fast Track Special Courts sanctioned by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi on temporary/contractual basis for an initial period of two years for setting up of 16 Fast Track Special Courts on their furnishing requisite undertaking to Delhi High Court, from the date they assume charge of the office:- 1.
