section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint
Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the state before Ld. Trial
Court & Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in the matter of case FIR No. 249/2024 u/s 307/387/34 IPC &
25/27 Arms Act & 3/4 MCOC Act, P.S. Tilak Nagar(investigated by Crime Branch), Delhi on the
following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 31.07.2024:-
