1. न्यायजनणाया क अजधकारी:राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के संबंजधत रािस्ट्व जिलों के जिला मजिस्ट्रेटों/उपायुिों को एतद्द्वारा उनके संबंजधत अजधकारक्षेत्र के भीतर न्यायालय िल्ु क अजधजनयम, 1870 की धारा 34क के प्रयोिनाथ ा न्यायजनणाया क अजधकारी के रूप में नाजमत दकया िाता ह।ै 8002 DG/2026 (1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

2. अपीलीय प्राजधकारी:राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के मंडलीय आयिु को एतद्द्वारा न्यायालय िुल्क अजधजनयम, 1870 की धारा 34ख के प्रयोिनाथ ा अपीलीय प्राजधकारी के रूप म ेंनाजमत दकया िाता ह।ै यह आििे िासकीय रािपत्र म ेंइसके प्रकािन की जतजथ से लागू होगा। राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षत्रे दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आिेि स ेतथा उनके नाम पर, पांडुरंग के. पोल,े सजिव (रािस्ट्व)-सह-मंडलीय आयुक् त OFFICE OF THE DIVISIONAL COMMISSIONER, DELHI (Stamps and Registration Branch)

ORDER Delhi, the 16th October, 2026

Subject: Appointment of Adjudicating Officers and Appellate Authority under Sections 34A and 34B of the Court-fees Act, 1870, as amended.

F. No. 1/3510/RB/Div.Comm./HQ/R/2026/6030.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 34A and 34B of the Court-fees Act, 1870, as applicable to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the following officers for the purposes of the said provisions,

namely:—

1. Adjudicating Officers: The District Magistrates/Deputy Commissioners of the respective Revenue Districts of the National Capital Territory of Delhi are hereby designated as the Adjudicating Officers for the purposes of Section 34A of the Court-fees Act, 1870, within their respective jurisdictions.

2. Appellate Authority: The Divisional Commissioner, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is hereby designated as the Appellate Authority for the purposes of Section 34B of the Court-fees Act, 1870.

This order shall come into force from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.
