Name of the Advocate Appointed as No. 01 Sanjeev Sabharwal Additional Public Prosecutor 2. This appointment shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed from time to time. 3. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force till further orders. 4. The above appointment shall be subject to the condition that an undertaking is given by the above advocate that he would not accept brief in any Criminal matters where the State’s interest is involved, except those entrusted to him as State panel lawyer.
