NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT ENERGY DEPARTMENT APPOINTMENT OF ESTATE OFFICERS FOR CARRYING OUT THE EVICTION PROCESS AND TO RECOVER THE TNEB LAND UNDER THE TAMIL NADU PUBLIC PREMISES (EVICTION OF UNAUTHORISED OCCUPANTS) ACT, 1975.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1975 (T.N. Act 1 of 1976), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the officials specified in Column (3) of the Table below as Estate Officers in respect of the organisations specified in Column (2) thereof for the purpose of the said Act and directs that the estate officers shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on estate officers by or under the said Act, in respect of their respective jurisdictions for the premises owned or taken on lease or requisitioned by the TNEB Ltd. and vested with their respective organisations :- The Table Sl.No Name of the Organisation Estate Officer
