(ii) क्रम संख्या 16 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के बाि, जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संख्या और प्रजवजियााँ डाली िाएंगी, अथाात:् — “ 17. जविेिी क्षेत्रीय पंिीकरण अजधकारी, अमरावती आंध्र प्रिेि “ [फा. स.ं 25022/14/2022-आईएमएम] डॉ० संिीप एन महात्मे, संयक्ु त सजचव नोट: मुख्य अजधसूचना भारत के रािपत्र (Gazette of India), असाधारण, भाग II, खडं 3, उप-खंड (ii) म ें 1 जसतंबर, 2025 को संख्या S.O. 3990 (E) के तहत प्रकाजित दकया गया था और संिोधन दिनांक 26.11.2025 को अजधसूचना S.O. 5403 और दिनांक 18.06.2026 को अजधसूचना S.O. 3217 के तहत िारी दकया गया था। MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd September, 2026 S.O. 5213(E).— In pursuance of clause (c) of section 2 of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 (13 of

2025), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-section (ii), vide number SO.3990 (E), dated the 1st September, 2025, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table,—

(i) against serial numbers 8, in column (3), the entry “Andhra Pradesh” shall be omitted.

(ii) after serial number 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “ 17. Foreigners Regional Registration Andhra Pradesh “ Officer, Amaravati [F. No. 25022/14/2022-Imm] Dr. SANDEEP N MAHATME, Jt. Secy.
