S.O.395(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013)
read with sub-section (2) of section 3 and clause (ii) of section 5 of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021), the
Central Government has appointed following persons as Technical Members in the National Company Law Appellate
Tribunal for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge of Technical Member mentioned against his
name specified below, or till he attains the age of sixty seven years, or until further order, whichever is earlier,
