Professor Yogesh Singh Chairperson”; (ii) against serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:— “3 Ms. Kesang Yangzom Sherpa, IRS Member Secretary”; (iii) against serial numbers 16 and 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:— “16.
